Cheese soup with broccoli
220 g hard cheese
100 g butter

2 glass vegetable broth
2 glass a mixture of cream and milk
1 cabbage broccoli
1 onions
1 carrot
? glass flour

Cheese grater to rub on, wash the broccoli, divide into florets, put in a pot of boiling salted water, boil for 3 minutes, immediately shift into a bowl of cold water or ice.
Wash, peel and cut the carrots into cubes.
Onions and carrots to put out with 1-2 tablespoons browning melted butter, pepper and salt.
60 g butter melt in a saucepan, add flour and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, pour the mixture of cream and milk, broth, season with nutmeg, cover and simmer the mixture for 20 minutes, then add the broccoli, onions and carrots, boil for half an hour.
