Souffle diet with broccoli and cheese
400 g broccoli
150 g low-fat sour cream
100-150 g Parmesan cheese
10 g gelatin
1 carrots
salt
In cold boiled water to soak gelatin, and then to dissolve it to warm up.
Boil broccoli, crushed in puree, add sour cream, gelatin, salt and stir.
Boil the carrots, cut them into circles, put on the bottom of the molds, to put on top of the vegetable puree, then some cheese and again the circle of carrots and mashed potatoes.
Remove souffle diet with broccoli and cheese in cold, covered with foil, for 6 hours or overnight.
