Gratin with Cauliflower and broccoli
300 g cauliflower
300 g broccoli
250 ml heavy cream
200 g hard cheese
2 eggs
nutmeg
black pepper, salt
This delicious dish of vegetables, with aromatic cream cheese crust.
Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets, boil for 10 minutes in salted water.
Lightly beat eggs, add the cream and add a third of the cheese, nutmeg, pepper and salt.
Put the cauliflower and broccoli in a baking tin, pour the creamy mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake gratin with cauliflower and broccoli in a preheated 200 degree oven for half an hour until golden brown and serve issuing a green hot.
