Baked Broccoli and Cauliflower
For 2 servings:
150 g ground beef
150 g 1 egg, broccoli
150 g cauliflower
2 h. l. breadcrumbs
1 onion
salt
ground pepper to taste
3-4 Art. l. vegetable oil
Stuffing put in a bowl, add the onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Broccoli and cauliflower wash, disassemble into florets and boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
Ceramic ware lubricate oil, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put on the bottom even layer stuffing. Top with rows of cauliflower and broccoli florets in a slightly utaplivaja stuffing. Salt and pepper and pour the beaten egg
Cover with a lid and place in preheated oven to 200 � C for 25-30 minutes.
