Tartlets with cheese and tomatoes

Puff pastry, cut circles in diameter they should be more tomato slices 3 cm. Place a blank for tartlets on a baking sheet. Cut slices of cheese, exactly match the diameter of tomato slices. Place the cups of the cheese right in the middle of the dough circles. Place cheese on top of the circles of tomatoes. Edge tartlets grease with beaten egg and bake in the oven preheated to 190C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
While baked tartlets, boil broccoli florets. Ready tartlets place on a plate (1-2 tartlets on the plate), from peas to make tomatoes "eyes", broccoli lay beside tartlet so as to obtain the "hair". For "rotika" cut out small cheese crescents.
