Tartlets holidays with olives and tuna
Dough:
100 g butter

Filling:
50 g feta cheese
50 g cottage cheese Almette
1 Bank of canned tuna
? hot red pepper
? green onions
3 Art. l. olives, pitted
2 Art. l. sour cream
1 Art. l. cottage cheese
1 Art. l. flour

Frostbitten butter cut into cubes, grind the flour, salt and baking powder, knead into crumbs.
Pour 1 tablespoon crumb ice water, egg yolk and knead the dough, roll it a ball, wrap with foil and place for 20 minutes in the cold.
For the stuffing pepper cleaned of seed boxes and cut into rings, combine cottage cheese, curd cheese, feta cheese, sour cream and flour and mix well.
On mugs chop olives, mash the fish and connect with olives, green add finely chopped onion, mix.
Add the mixture to the cheese with olives mass, mix, pepper and salt.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer (work surface floured), cut circles slightly larger than the molds for tartlets, put the dough in a greased form, covering the bottom and bumpers, trim the excess dough with a knife, bake for 5 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
