Baked omelet with broccoli

Ingredients:
10 egg whites
5 eggs
1 cup milk

1.5 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup fresh broccoli inflorescences
120 g grated cheese
1 medium tomato
3 tbsp chopped onion
Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk the whites, eggs, milk, season with salt and pepper. Pour the mass in pre-greased form, crumble into a lot of ham, broccoli, cheese, slices of tomato, seeded, and onions. Bake at 190C for 30-35 minutes
