Soup with scrambled eggs and broccoli
500 g broccoli
300 ml milk

5 eggs
2 onions
1 tbsp. butter
? tsp. black pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 l vegetable broth
salt
Make an omelet with eggs and milk, add nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Cut the omelet into cubes.
Divide the broccoli into florets. Chop onions, fry until transparent in butter, add the broccoli and fry them until Golden.
Add the onion and broccoli in the boiling broth and cook for 5 minutes on low heat, add salt and pepper.
Before serving, in a bowl put the slices of omelet and pour the soup.
