Cottage cheese souffle recipe for cooking with photos
Today bought cheese cook dumplings. But when I came home did not want to mess with them. So we had to come up with another way of applying it. Time to think it was not necessary, the recipe itself found. Turn on the TV, and there is a transfer - cooking. And there is nothing else prepared as cottage cheese souffle! I watched the transmission to the end, decided to implement the recipe and immediately set about making it.
I was so pleased with the result that immediately hasten to share with you this dessert. Firstly, it is extremely tasty. And secondly, it is useful. After all, it is composed of natural dairy products - cheese and milk.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml milk
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 100 g apricots
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 30 g gelatin
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla sugar
Method of preparation:
To make this dessert you'll need a food processor and blender.
In a food processor, set the nozzle cutting knife, put cheese and loosen it.
Add sour cream, sugar, vanilla and whisk again.
Apricots, clean and place a blender, pour the milk, whisk and add the cottage cheese.
Dissolve gelatin as directed on the package.
Pour gelatin into cottage cheese and dairy souffle through a sieve to make sure we do not miss the insoluble clumps of gelatin and whisk again the whole mass.
Pour the souffl cups and send it to solidify in the refrigerator for about 1.5 hours.
