Vegetable frittata
1 Art. l. butter

1 onions
1 pod sweet peppers
1 potato
1 glass broccoli florets
1 h. l. dried oregano
4 large eggs
Salt to taste
Over medium heat in a skillet ready for baking, melt the butter. Add to this the shredded onion, slices of pepper, grated potatoes, broccoli, oregano and pepper. Cook with occasional stirring until soft.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk the eggs, pour it into the pan for vegetables, not stir, but just pour evenly. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes so that the eggs just grabbed. Then place the pan in the preheated oven until done.
