Potato cakes
Required Products:
1 kg potato
4 pcs. yolk
100 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
salt
white pepper
200 g lean pork, cut into small cubes
2 finely chopped onions - bulbs
freshly ground black pepper
margarine - for frying
1 l water
1 leek sliced thin rings - head
1 bouillon cubes (vegetable soup) - Cube
Boil the potatoes. While still hot, mash.
Lightly fry the pork and onion in a frying pan. If pork is very lean, add a little margarine. Season with black pepper. Cool completely.
�Mix the mashed potatoes with egg yolks, flour, salt and white pepper. On floured surface, roll the mixture into a long plait. Cut into 12 equal pieces. In each piece, make an indentation in it and put the stuffing. Connect the edge. Shape the patties.
�In a large saucepan, boil water with bouillon cubes. Put it in the patties and cook over low heat until the cakes do not rise to the surface. Remove the patties with a slotted spoon.
Pour into the pan about 300g broth. Bring to a boil. Dissolve the flour in a little water and pour in the broth. Add the leek rings and margarine. Boil the sauce over low heat, without boiling.
