Cucumber soup with nuts and yogurt
150 g walnuts
80 g wheat bread
4 garlic cloves
2 cucumber
3,5 glass natural yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 glass boiled cold water
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
black pepper
salt
Peel and cut the cucumber into cubes.
Bread cut into cubes and dry in a pan without adding oil to mix with nuts, garlic, pepper and salt until smooth with a pestle. Add butter, stir, pour water and yogurt, add cucumber, lemon juice and stir.
Before serving, arrange the soup dill and walnuts.
