Lithuanian cold beet soup
Ingredients:
1/2 glass yogurt - 1
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
2/3 glass water
1 PCs beets
20 g green onion
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 PCs the boiled egg
20 g dill
salt to taste
Beets will cook in their skins, peel and chop sticks. Dill finely chopped onions cut into rings.
Yogurt salt and whisk, add cold boiled water, beets, dill, green onion, stir and cool.
Before serving in the soup put the sliced egg and sour cream.
To a cold soup separately, you can submit boiled potatoes sprinkled with dill.
