Green soup with egg cold
Ingredients:
75 g sorrel
75 g spinach
1 pcs. boiled potatoes
2 Art. l. chopped green onions
1 pcs. cucumbers
3 dill - sprigs
1 pcs. boiled egg
2 Art. l. sour cream
2 h. l. sugar
salt
Potatoes and cucumbers cut into cubes.
Sorrel and spinach cut into strips and ran separately until tender, cool, rub through a sieve, mix with 1 cup of cold boiled water, add the potatoes, cucumbers, onions, sugar, salt.
When serving, add sour cream, half the eggs, sprinkle with chopped dill
