Cold soup small (2)
Ingredients:
250 g beets
250 g potatoes
2 PCs eggs
125 g dried fruits
125 g cucumbers
2 tsp. sugar
25 g green onions
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar 3%
1,5 l water
salt , dill to taste
Bake beets in the skin, to cool and clean, chop, sprinkle with vinegar. Soak dried fruit, wash and cook. Cut into cubes. Boil the potatoes, cut into cubes.
Vegetable and fruit concoctions cooling and connect. Then put all the above ingredients, add chopped boiled eggs and green onions, salt, sugar, put in a cool place.
Before serving, fill with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
