The green soup with egg cold (2)
Ingredients:
75 g sorrel
75 g spinach
1 PCs boiled potatoes
2 tbsp. green onion chopped
1 PCs cucumber
1 PCs the boiled egg
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
salt - to taste
Potatoes and cucumbers cut into cubes.
Sorrel and spinach cut into strips, simmered separately until tender, cool, RUB through a sieve. In the resulting mass pour 1 Cup of cold boiled water, add potatoes, cucumbers, onions, sugar, salt and stir.
When serving, pour soup into bowls, place in each half of the eggs and sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
