Botwin with cucumbers
600 g sorrel
6 cucumbers
green onions
dill
1/2 teaspoon mustard or 1 teaspoon horseradish
salt
sugar to taste
1/2 l sour kvass
Sorrel sorted out, washed, pripuskayut in its own juice and rub through a sieve. Fresh cucumbers peeled and cut into slices. Handful of green onions rubbed with mustard or horseradish, salt and sugar.
All components are put in a tureen and pour kvas. Separately in salt water with onions, greens beam, bay leaf and pepper served boiled fish oil-rich, finely chopped ice.
