Grilled salmon with yogurt sauce
400 g salmon fillets
200 g natural yoghurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
2 cloves of garlic
1 small cucumber
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
dill
lemon
mushrooms for garnish
black pepper
salt
Coarsely chop the cucumber, salt, stir and leave for 20 minutes, then drain the liquid, highlight, add yogurt, passed through the press garlic and pepper, mix well.
Salmon fillet divided into 4 pieces a la carte, in the center of each, without cutting the skin, make the cut, drill books.
Fillet of grease, fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Before serving grilled salmon with yogurt sauce laid out on a dish, decorated with all the lemon and dill, mushrooms garnished.
