Carrot soup Cappuccino
Components:
600 g carrots
1 orange
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 onion
1 l vegetable broth
1 SCR milk

0.5 h. l. cumin
3 celery root
white pepper, salt
Carrots and celery cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until transparent, add the carrots and celery, pepper and stir. Vegetables pour boiling broth, add salt, cumin and peel 1/2 orange and cook for 30 minutes. Beat soup blender, pour the juice of 1 orange and pour the soup into soup plates. Hot milk beat with a mixer until a fluffy foam and carefully pour in the soup so that a cap of milk foam.
