Milk soup with cod, pepper and celery
700 g cod
500 g potatoes
350 ml milk

100 g celery
100 g green
40 ml olive oil
2 head onions
1 sweet pepper
black pepper, salt
Fish wash, prepare, cover with cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam, boil for 40 minutes
Celery washed, chopped, put in the broth, boil for 10 min, then the broth.
Remove bones from fish fillets, put the fillets in the soup.
Peel and finely chop the onion, chop deseeded pepper strips, saut peppers and onions in olive oil.
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, broth, bring to boil, add potatoes, 15 min boil, put the roasted vegetable mixture, pour in the hot milk, pepper and salt, boil the soup for another 10 minutes, then before serving, fill milk soup with cod, pepper and celery chopped greens.
