Meat, stewed rice
3 bulbs
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
500 g flesh meat
salt, pepper
garlic
2 pod green pepper
6-8 tomatoes
2 glass rice
6 glass water
1 tbsp. grated cheese
Onion peel, chop and fry in vegetable oil, add the pieces of meat, sprinkle with pepper, again fry, add salt, sprinkle with grated garlic, add the peeled seeds, sliced strips of peppers and sliced tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes covered, then add the rice, hot water, salt and, stirring, cook for another 30 minutes
Cooked rice and meat, sprinkle with grated cheese, you can pour the tomato sauce.
