Peppers stuffed with meat and rice
Required Products:
4 pcs. sweet pepper
200 g minced meat (pork and beef)
1/2 glass rice boiled
1 onions - head
1/2 glass meat broth - 1
2 Art. l. tomato puree
seasoning for meat to taste
In peppers, cut the top, remove the partition and semena.Farsh mix with rice and chopped onion, sprinkle with seasoning.
Fill the peppers with the mixture, cover with cut "caps" and put it in a vertical form. Pour salted broth, mixed with tomato.
Simmer, covered, at full power until softening pepper.
