Braised in mushroom sauce vegetables
3 tomato
3 sweet pepper
1 onions
1 carrots
500 g zucchini
150 g mushrooms
2 tbsp. wheat flour

Carrots, peppers, zucchini and onions cut into cubes, tomato slices, fry in butter.
Dry flour in the pan (no color change).
To prepare the sauce, pour the mushroom water and boil the broth, strain it and dilute them with flour, stir, add salt, add spasserovat in the onion and chopped mushrooms, 5 min to boil.
Prepared sauce to pour over the vegetables and simmer them until tender.
Before serving, garnish the dish with parsley.
