Roasted vegetables with mushroom sauce
500 g zucchini
150 g fungi
3 tomatoes
3 sweet pepper
1 onions
1 carrot
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. wheat flour

Cut the carrots, zucchini, peppers and onions diced and sliced tomatoes. Connect the vegetables and fry them in butter.
Dry flour in the pan (no color change).
To prepare the sauce boil mushrooms, then strain the broth and dissolve them prepared flour, salt, add chopped mushrooms, onions, fry in butter and warm up for 5 minutes.
Before serving, arrange vegetables herbs and pour mushroom sauce.
