Goulash with cod
1 kg burbot
3 onions
1 Bay leaf
? glass vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sour cream
tomato puree
black pepper
salt
To cut the fish into fillets without skin and bones, cut into pieces, a bit of fry with finely chopped onions in butter.
Pour water, add the tomato puree, salt and pepper, simmer for half an hour.
Add to fish with onion and Bay leaf and sour cream, put 5 minutes
Served the stew with cod with mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh herbs.
