Goulash sekelsky
Required products:
300 g pork pulp
1 onion - head
1 tbsp. fat
1 tbsp. wheat flour

300 g sauerkraut
1 glass water
20 g peppers
2 garlic cloves
2 glass sour cream
red pepper - to taste
seeds of cumin - to taste
dill - to taste
parsley
salt - to taste
Pork cut into cubes weighing 30 g Passerelle finely chopped onion until Golden brown, mix it with red pepper, garlic, cumin, add a little water and warm up.
Then put the meat, season with salt, cover and simmer until soft.
Put the washed cabbage and sliced pepper, add water and simmer, stirring occasionally.
When the meat is ready, goulash pour mixed with passerovannoy flour sour cream and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve, sprinkling with sauce and decorate with greens.
