1 kg pulp beef

200 g mushrooms

4 garlic cloves

1 glass beef broth

4 tbsp. dry white wine



2 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. peeled pine nuts

1 tbsp. wheat flour

Slice the mushrooms, fry them in butter, combine the rosemary and nuts, stir.

Chop the meat into pieces, a little beat, pepper and salt. Put the mushroom mixture into the centre of each piece, roll the meat up and tie with a thread.

Fry the rolls in butter until Golden brown, place on a greased baking sheet and broil until cooked at a temperature of 250 degrees.

Combine the wine with the broth and grated garlic, add passerovannuyu on the flour and cook the sauce until thick.

Before serving, drizzle the stuffed beef cooked in wine sauce.
