800 g flesh beef

400 g broth

200 g canned mushrooms

100 g cream cheese

2-3 cloves of garlic

1 carrot

1 onions

2 Art. l. ghee

1 Art. l. dried rosemary

To prepare the sauce:

150 g heavy cream

1.5 Art. l. wheat flour

Beef and expand the incision to retrieve a rectangle, a little beat off, pepper and salt, put cheese on it and sprinkle with rosemary and grated garlic, then put the mushrooms, roll the meat into a roll, tie thread.
