The meat on wooden skewers
300 g meat (tenderloin)
2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. sunflower oil

1 head red onion salad
5 the tomatoes
the mixture of peppers and spices for meat (to taste)

Cut the meat into small pieces.
Add salt and spices (to taste). Mix well and leave on for 20 minutes.
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Put onions and a bowl and pour the mixture of Apple cider vinegar and sunflower oil. Leave on for 15 minutes.
Meat to put on wooden skewers and place on a baking sheet with parchment. With onion, drain the marinade and divide it into two parts. One part of the marinade to coat all the pieces with one hand and put the pan in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Then to get it to turn all the skewers on the other side and spread the remaining marinade.
Bake in the oven for another 20 minutes. Prepared meat out onto a plate to decorate pickled onion, tomatoes and herbs.
