600 g flesh beef
1 smoked or boiled beef tongue
100 g bacon
4 glass dry white wine
1 lemon (juice)
2 bulb onions
ground black pepper
salt
Prepare the marinade: Mix lemon juice with finely chopped onions and wine.
The flesh of beef, cut into portions, thinly repel, pepper, salt and place in marinade. Leave for 4 hours.
Bacon and cut into thin slices language.

Roast on the grill for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with pickled onions, cilantro, lemon and parsley.
