Lamb shashlik (old Russian recipe)
1 kg lamb
2 l whey
4 tomato
4 white fungus
2-3 garlic cloves
1-2 parsley root
1 onions
1 the stalk of leeks
1 carrots
1 lemon
2 glass dry white wine
0,5 glass juice of gooseberry
0,5 glass vegetable oil
2 tbsp. chopped green celery
black pepper
salt
Finely chop the herbs and spices for the marinade, cut into rings leeks, chop the garlic. To connect with serum, gooseberry juice, vegetable oil and wine, pepper and salt, stir.
Pour the lamb with the marinade, to stand in the cold for 5-6 hours.
Strung on skewers lamb pieces, alternating with onion rings, mugs tomato and lemon, mushroom hats.
Coat the skewers vegetable oil, cook over coals, turning every 3 minutes, constantly basting with the marinade.
Throw on the coals wormwood, thyme and 2-3 seeds of fennel and cardamom. Submit a barbecue in the old Russian recipe with vegetables, roasted over coals.
