300 g fish fillets

150 ml milk

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. crackers

black pepper


Cut fish fillets into small pieces, put on a baking tray greased with butter, pepper, salt.

Combine the milk with the eggs, whisking, add passed through a garlic press and crackers, stir, pour the fish mixture.

Baked fish "Gachet" at a temperature of 220 degrees for 20 minutes
