Cake with fish
700 g fillet of hake
250 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
3 carrots
3 onions
2 eggs
1 glass milk
1 glass prunes (pitted)
3 tbsp. flour
black pepper
salt
Grate the carrots grated, divided into 3 parts. Cut the fish into pieces, pour boiling water over prunes (half an hour), then chop, chop onion.
Line with parchment baking pan, put a layer of carrots, half fish, salt and pepper, coat with the mayonnaise, put a piece of onion and prunes, to grease with mayonnaise, repeat layers, top layer - carrot.
Beat eggs with milk, combine them with the flour, pepper and salt, stir, pour the mixture into a mold with a fish cake. Bake the cake from the fish at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 40 minutes
Before serving, cut the fish cake into portions.
