Potato casserole (3)
Ingredients:
500 g potato
1 pcs. sweet pepper
2 pcs. tomatoes
3 pcs. eggs
1/2 glass sour cream
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. dried oregano
ground black pepper, salt - to taste
Boil the potatoes, slice and cut out circles using the recesses.
Scald tomatoes, removing the peel, cut into slices, pepper - julienne.
Whisk the eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper.
Put into a form that greased, layers prepared vegetables, pour the egg mass, close the form with foil and bake 30 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking another 7 minutes.
When serving sprinkle with green onion casserole rings.
