Casserole with salmon (2)
Ingredients:
500 g salmon
500 g broccoli
600 g potato
2 Art. l. lemon juice
4 Art. l. butter
125 g grated cheese
200 g cream
100 ml milk

4 pcs. eggs
ground black pepper, salt to taste
cayenne pepper
1 nutmeg to taste - a pinch
Salmon, to cut into fillets, cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stand for 30 minutes, pour hot water and turned up 10 minutes at a low boil.
Potatoes cut into large cubes, boil in a little salted water until almost cooked.
Broccoli pour hot water, add salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Whip cream with milk, cheese and eggs and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
In a greased form layers put vegetables and fish, pour the cream mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 220 C.
