Casserole with cauliflower and ham
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower - head
6 potato tubers
200 g ham
100 g cheese
3 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp. wheat flour

1 glass the meat broth
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
nutmeg powder
parsley
ground black pepper
salt
2 PCs egg yolk
1 tbsp. white wine
Cauliflower rinse and boil until soft.
The broth drain, add cream, wine, flour, milk and meat broth, salt, pepper, nutmeg and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add beaten egg yolks and cook in a water bath until the mixture thickens.
Peel the potatoes, boil and cut into slices.
The form of oil, in the middle put the cauliflower, the edges of the potatoes and salt.
Ham cut into cubes and put on the potatoes.
Cover with sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese.
Bake 15 minutes until Golden brown
