Sauted cauliflower with sausages
200 g cauliflower
4 eggs
100 g oil
1 glass milk

3 tbsp. flour

400 g sausages
2 tablespoons of butter, flour and milk to make a thick white sauce. Cooled to 60C sauce to introduce egg yolks, salt, boiled outlet cauliflower, then whipped into a creamy foam proteins. In a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form to put a lot, sprinkle with grated bread crumbs, arrange on top of the pieces of butter and bake in the oven. Serve hot with boiled sausages and melted butter.
