Soup with ham and cauliflower
1 l chicken/beef broth
300 g ham
300 g cauliflower
250 ml 10% cream
3 potatoes
1 tsp. mustard
parsley
pepper
salt
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, place in a saucepan with the broth, pepper and salt, add the mustard, bring to high heat until boiling, reduce heat, cook for 10-15 minutes until soft.
Divided into florets cauliflower, finely chopped ham, put in a pot of cabbage, boil for 10 minutes, then add the ham, add the cream, bring the soup to a boil, boil for 5 minutes
Before serving the soup with ham and cauliflower sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
