Soup "Creamy"
500 g cauliflower
200 ml cream
100 g cheese
4 Potato
2 onions
1.5 l chicken broth
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 A Touch of Spice
Rinse and parse it into florets cabbage, fill it with water, salt, boil, drain the water.
Peel and finely chop the onion, saute it for 10 minutes in butter, add the chopped potatoes and simmer for 5 minutes, pour the broth, bring to a boil and cook the soup for 10 minutes, then add the cabbage, bring to a boil again.
Grate the cheese, add to the soup over low heat to melt the cheese, stir the soup.
Wipe the soup through a sieve, or beat with a mixer, then add the cream and warm, not boiling.
Before serving soup "Creamy" sprinkle with pepper and decorated with greenery.
