Rice soup with cauliflower
8 g Fig;
20 g cauliflower;
15 g carrots;
5 ml cream
80 ml vegetable broth;
salt
100 ml water;
To obtain 100 g soup, take some rice, cauliflower and carrots. Separately boil the rice separately cauliflower and carrots. Wipe hot through a sieve, add the broth, boil before removing from fire, add milk or cream.
