Fish cutlets with cauliflower and rice
50 g fish fillets
5 inflorescence of cauliflower
1 yolk
? onions
2 Art. l. boiled rice
butter
salt
Boil the cauliflower 7-10 minutes, then chop.
In a blender grind the fish and onions and mix with cauliflower, rice, add egg yolk and salt and stir.
Grease the baking dish with butter, formed into patties, put in shape.
Bake fish cutlets with cauliflower and rice for about 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
