Salmon Patties
500 g puff pastry
250 g canned salmon in its own juice
1 glass cooked rice
4 pen green onions
1 yolk
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. chopped dill
ground black pepper
salt
Mash salmon, combine it with dill and rice.
Onion and chop spassirovat in butter, allow to cool, combine with minced fish, pepper and salt.
Roll out the dough, cut out of it 16 oval plastic, 8 lay out the filling, grease the edge portion diluted with water yolk, cover with remaining plastics zaschipnut edge pies.
With a sharp knife make patties shaped fish, outlining the "eyes", "head", "tail", "scales", grease patties yolk and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
