Exotic stew
400 g Turkey fillet
ginger - a small piece
1 garlic - clove
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
250 g figure
550 ml bouillon cubes vegetable - broth
1 sweet pepper - pod
3 green onions - feather
1 corn - small ears - Bank
4 tbsp. sunflower seeds peeled
150 g green peas, frozen

2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. adjika

Turkey fillet cut into thin slices. Ginger and garlic and grind, mix with sliced fillet, then fry with 1 tablespoon oil. Put in a warm place.
Figure loop, rinse several times with cold water, boil in 500 ml of vegetable broth. The peppers, remove the stem with seeds, cut into strips, chop green onions rings. Corn separate from the fill.
Fry cooked rice 3 tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes. Add the peppers, onions, thawed peas, fry for 3 more minutes. Then pour the remaining vegetable broth, mixing it with soy sauce and eggplant, add the corn, Turkey and warm. Sunflower seeds fry in the remaining oil.
When serving, sprinkle the stew sunflower seeds.
