200 g rice
150 g zucchini
2 pcs. sweet pepper
2 onions - head
100 g * Blades green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
200 g canned corn
1/2 glass meat broth
6 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 nutmeg powder - a pinch
spices - to taste
Boil the rice in salted water, fold in a colander.
Dice the onion and pepper - julienne, peas - slices. Corn separate from fill. Zucchini, cut into slices, blanch in salted water for 2 minutes.
Saut onions in butter, add the zucchini, peppers, peas and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the broth, add the nutmeg, salt, pepper and simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes.
Mix rice with steamed vegetables and corn, warm up the mixture for 5 minutes.
When serving rice with vegetables out onto a plate and sprinkle with herbs.
