Rice with peppers and peas
370 ml chicken broth
150 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
15 ml vegetable oil
1 sweet red pepper
1 onions
glass ? rice
? h. l. on. pepper, cinnamon and salt
Frying pan with oil to put on a moderate fire, fry finely chopped onion until soft, add finely chopped pepper, a little put out, add the rice, put, stirring, for 1 minute and pour the broth.
Add cinnamon, pepper and salt, bring everything to a boil, reduce heat, cover, over low heat until tender put out the rice and the liquid is completely absorbed (about 20 minutes).
Add the peas, stir and serve rice with peppers and peas to the table.
