Rice noodles with peas and prawns in Chinese
600 g boiled shrimp
300 g ice cream green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
2 onions
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. sugar
black pepper
soy sauce
salt
Thaw peas, boil 6 minutes, salted water.
Chopped onion rings, fried in butter until browned, put the peeled shrimp, fry until golden brown, add the peas and season with sugar, soy sauce, pepper, salt, stirring to warm up.
Served separately boiled rice noodles with peas and prawns in Chinese for lunch or dinner.
