Boiled tongue with a sauce of peas
200 g green peas

1 beef tongue
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons butter
sugar, salt
Rinse thoroughly with language and put in a pan, pour cold water - it should cover the language, not more, to bring everything to a boil, remove the foam, salt the language and cook further until cooked over moderate heat without boiling.
Clear language from the skin and chop finely.
For the sauce, bring canned green peas to a boil together with the liquid from the jar, add sugar and salt to taste, add the flour pounded with butter and sour cream, bring to a boil, grind all the sauce or only a portion of peas, leaving part of it intact.
Served with boiled tongue thick pea sauce poured prepared sauce.
