Beef tongue in sweet-sour sauce
For this recipe you will need:
1 pcs. beef tongue
1 pcs. carrot
1 pcs. Parsley (root)
bay leaves
pepper - to taste
salt
1 pcs. onion
For the sauce:
1.5 glass broth
1 Art. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. sugar
2-3 Art. l. butter
1 Art. l. vinegar 3%
2 Art. l. raisins
1/2 glass prune
Language clean, rinse, cover with cold water and cook until cooked with vegetables carrots and parsley, peppers and onions.
Cooked remove the language, dipped in cold water, peel off the skin and then dipped in hot broth. Cook sweet and sour sauce: fry in butter flour, add sugar and broth in which language is brewed, pour the vinegar and mix everything well.
Boil prunes, raisins softened in water, put them in the sauce and boil for 8-10 minutes. Language out onto a plate and pour the sauce, place near a side dish of boiled potatoes, carrots, pickles.
