The language in the sauce
Required products:
2 PCs beef tongue
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry red wine
1 tsp. potato starch
salt - to taste
1/4 glass * chicken broth
Language boil in salted water until tender.Then put it in cold water and peel. Cut the slice language.
Sliced tongue, pour the broth, add soy sauce, wine, and simmer 10 minutes.
At the end of cooking, pour a thin stream of starch, diluted with a small amount of cold boiled water, and boil the sauce until thick.
When serving, put the language together with the sauce in the dish and decorate with greens.
