The language under fruit sauce
Required products:
1 PCs beef tongue
1 PCs carrots
40 g parsley root
1 onion - head
3 PCs apples
100 g dried apricots
2 tbsp. wine red table
1 tbsp. lemon peel grated
1 tsp. sugar
salt - to taste
Language fill with cold water, simmer for 1.5-2 hours with vegetables and onions. 5 minutes until tender put Bay leaf, salt.
Hot language immerse in cold water, peel. Cut the tongue slices and warm up in the broth.
For the sauce, apples, removing the peel and core, cut into slices, cover with water, boil until soft, RUB through a sieve.
Dried apricots boil, RUB through a sieve, mix it with applesauce. Add the wine, salt, sugar, zest, bring to a boil.
When applying the language will lay out on a dish, pour the sauce over.
